Proceeds from GATS go directly to Swim Across America (SAA)'s Boston open water charity swim which supports cancer research and survivorship work at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute.  With now 22 open water swims across the country, Swim Across America is making waves to fight cancer, and GATS hopes to make some torrential ones.
